Can you tell us the state of play wrt the aluminium effect keypads.
I understand that some (or is it all) are no longer available?
I have just had a customer order two via Laser !

C1 main panels CAN use KPO4A as long as the partitions have not been set?

Hi,
I have three PSU01 devices each with a battery.  Yesterday Comfort started to complain and I discovered that one of the PSU01s was showing a red light - low battery.
I have replaced the battery and everything is back to normal.  However, I have noticed that all three of the LP1, LP2 and LP3 bulbs on that particular PSU01 appear to be black.  On the other two PSU01 devices, I can see that the bulbs have clear glass.
That is making me wonder whether there is a problem with this PSU01 which has caused the three bulbs to blow (the black colour maybe suggests that too).
If I am likely to be right, is there something that I can do to replace the three bulbs myself?

The ETH03 can be installed with 2 types of Firmware - General or Universal
The general firmware is used in Server mode, ie when used with Comfigurator
The Universal firmware is used when the ETH03 is in Client Mode, where a server IP address and port can be specified
The ETH03 firmware can be freely changed between General and Universal. see http://www.comfortforums.com/forum113/3820.html for instructions





The ETH03 Universal Firmware is used for Univeral UCM and UCM/Modbus

Having trouble getting Velbus Learn request to work. Comfort firmware is 7.160, Velbus UCM module firmware is 7.117. 4 UCMs listed in my setup per Pic1 attached. Velbus UCM has ID of 4 in the software but when I looked at the dip switches it was set Off-Off-On-Off, so I changed it per the manual to Off-Off-On-On and hit the SW1 button to reset.
When I click the Learn button I get a delay and then a \"No response to Learn request\" error (will post this in Pic2 in separate post) - error was there before I went and changed the dip switches, so no change from that.
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong? 
My Velbus installation does have 4-button LED panels and also the new edgelit panels, and also a weather station and blind relays in addition to various standard dimmers and relays, just in case that may cause an issue with the firmware.

I have dial tested both phones and these succeed however the system doesn\'t dial out when the doorbell is pressed. (see log attached)
This feature has never worked since installation but it has not been a concern before.I also noticed a reset in the log, is this significant?

OP04 is an Output Submodule with 4 Relays which plugs in to CM9001 in place of OP01 (with 8 open-collector Outputs).
This connects 4 relays direct to Outputs 1 to 4 of CM9001. Outputs 5 to 8 are not available when OP04 is plugged in

Comfort has 20 programmable Siren Types



The siren Types can be asigned to Alarm Types as shown below. For example the Intruder Alarm Type has Siren Type called \"Intruder\"






The Intruder Siren Type has the properties below

• Duration is duration in seconds for the siren eg 300 means 5 minutes
• Sound Type is one of the sound Types which gives the sound characterictic
• Door Phone is checked if siren is heard in the Door station
• Keypad is checked if the siren is heard on the keypads
• High level means the Speaker output level is maximum and is not affected by the triimer on Comfort
• Bell output is checked if the Siren is heard on the Bell (Siren)
• Permanent means the duration is permanent This overrides the Duration

Hi, I\'m new to this industry, bought and installed a comfort security system, now I\'m learning to program. I want to program the IRIO module with two ISM01 submodules to turn the lights on and off but I fail (because I don\'t understand how) to program the module by putting the required flags, pressing the power button ON and then pressing OFF again on output 1 - 4 and 5-8.The outputs are connected to relays. Could someone please tell me if you can give examples when this is programmed.Thank you for helping me.
